Once your order is placed, we perform a payment authorization check to ensure sufficient funds are available. If approved, your card will be charged, confirming your purchase. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched, serving as proof of full payment.

Since our products are custom-made, production starts only after successful payment confirmation.

To complete your purchase, select “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” on our website. You’ll be securely redirected to a payment gateway to enter your card details or finalize the transaction through PayPal. All payments are securely processed, and your statement will reflect the charge accordingly.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, whether via PayPal or your credit/debit card.

For security reasons, we do not store or process credit card details on moppull.com , and we ensure that your payment information is never shared with third parties.
