Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Moppull, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to process and ship most orders within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited warranty for assistance.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (based on the receipt date). After this period, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, unopened, unmarked, and in its original condition.
Items sold in sets or multi-item packs must be returned as a complete set.
Products labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for online orders.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be in their original condition. Additional charges may apply if the product shows signs of:

Missing parts or accessories
Damage caused by accidents
Product Quality Issues
If a return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, Moppull will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
Returns for Personal Reasons
If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Moppull reserves the right to inspect the item and determine whether it qualifies for a refund or exchange.

Returns that do not follow these guidelines will not be approved.
Returns without prior authorization will not be refunded. Moppull is not responsible for lost items.
Approved Returns & Exchanges
If your return or exchange is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Please ensure that all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and complimentary gifts are included.
Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. After inspection, we will confirm whether your request has been approved or denied based on our policies.
If approved:
Exchanges will be processed promptly.
Refunds will be issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
Allow extra processing time.
